Your order is delivered to your home Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 1 PM, either in your mailbox or handed to you directly without an appointment or signature. If you are absent, your parcel carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating the date and the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel by presenting a valid ID. From the date mentioned on the notice, you have 10 days to collect your parcel. After this period, it will automatically be returned to the sender.

Carefully check the contents of the parcel upon arrival and clearly note any relevant remarks about its condition and contents on the delivery receipt.
