Order delivered to your home from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 1pm, in your letterbox or by hand without an appointment or signature. In case of absence, your postman will leave a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you will be able to withdraw your parcel on presentation of an identity document. From the date mentioned on the notice of passage, you have 10 days to withdraw your package. After this period, it will automatically be returned to the sender.
Carefully check the contents of the package upon arrival and clearly write any relevant remarks on the delivery note about its condition and contents.
