Tisteane takes the security of payments and the confidentiality of the information you provide very seriously. Payment security is based on the authentication of the merchant, the confidentiality and integrity of the exchanges.
We have a highly secure, encrypted and 3D Secure payment system via the Monetico Paiement platform of our banking partner, the CIC group.
To make your payment online, simply click on the logo of your card (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). You are then redirected to the Monetico Paiement server of the CIC group. You must then communicate the 16 digits written on your bank card, the expiry date and the last 3 digits which appear on the back of your card. No banking information is transmitted on our site.
Your order is registered upon validation of payment and an e-mail from Tisteane will acknowledge receipt of your order.
